Harness Breeders NSW has responded to the Australian Standarbred Breeding Panel’s (ASBP)“Report On The Australian Breeding Industry”. HBNSW thanked the panel and Harness Racing Australia (HRA) for the level of consultation undertaken and clear commitment on this critical matter. While the majority of recommendations have merit there are some issues with which HBNSW does not concur.
